This too shall pass and more.

Sometimes we fall down only to realise that the confidence we fly with is as fragile as a thin piece of glass. The glass shatters into so many pieces, as does the confidence that once carried you.
Preparation is the key, there's always something that you need to hold on as the wings of confidence shatter, something to break the fall.
Last night, around half past ten I was out for a drive on the motorway, going at sixty miles an hour I looked ahead into the night, the headlights illuminating the road ahead and as I looked up towards the moon, what a beautiful sight it was. The bright moon flanked by clouds, had I been parked somewhere I would've been able to click a really beautiful photo, somethings you just miss out and then you lose the scene altogether.
You don't remember the easy days, you only remember the hard ones. Genuine happiness is something that you experience only a counted few times. That happiness is something that you always can re-live even in your darkest days. The hard days serve as a reminder that yes, this will pass too. There's a video of Tom Hanks where he beautifully sums everything up with this one sentence, "this too shall pass". Here's the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muqypl38EfE
Don't be too hard on yourself that you deny yourself the right to existence. It feels hard, just wait and this shall pass. It feels great, well this will pass as well. If it stayed the same, there would be no hill to climb or to descend.
You're better than what you think of yourself, and you have every right to happiness as does the next person.
The less fucks you give, the better off you are. Don't jump in every fight, don't try to pick up a fight when it's better to walk away. Sometimes things don't happen, the things that we had wanted to go through. It does feel bad, but you're saved from a bigger headache. As you look back, you'll realise that you've come a long way, enjoy what is around you and give yourself some space. There's another clip from a movie, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rO1zMarMf_E
Don't focus too much on the things that you can't control or the mistakes you've made to an extent that you can see nothing good in yourself. You've lived so many years, there must be something good about you, there must be something you've done that someone might've appreciated. Hold on to the good things, hold on to your little achievements when you feel broken because this too shall pass.
We all learn, just remember you need something to break the fall when your glass wings shatter, don't give up.
