Life's an adventure

With or without you playing in the background, wondering if time is going by so quick or am I losing track of it, years have gone by and responsibility stands just around the corner, waiting for you.
One thing I've learnt is that to move ahead you have to put your head down and find your mistakes and shortcomings in any thing which didn't go to plan. Finding your mistakes is not to dishearten you, it only helps to find out what needed more attention or a different approach to make it work. Sometimes you try your best and it still isn't enough, people can say may be it wasn't meant to be. Perhaps it wasn't but did that effort bring you satisfaction, if it did you have gone the distance and done the best job out there which you humanly could, but if there is not satisfaction; then you need to look for the mistakes in the methodology and analysis.
Sitting just marking down lines with highlighters and not being able to retain anything will never help you, sit with a focused direction of the mind and start. Take a break, distance yourself from your books for 10 minutes and try something to refresh your body, sitting in the same posture takes a toll on the attention span, get up and walk around, better yet try to do some push ups. Remain in the same environment but distance yourself so that you can bring momentum back into your efforts, focus and work objectively. think clearly and stop at nothing till satisfaction surrounds you.
Not just for studies but for everything, you always need to refresh yourself, do a reboot once in a while with time and effort just focused on evaporating that boring routine, bring some adventure into your days, cause life's an adventure only if you think of it as one.
